What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted if returned within 30 days after your order has been received (for local and international orders) in exchange for CATs Store Credit only. Only clothes that are unworn unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged.

For exchanges, kindly indicate the new size/color you'd like to exchange with in the return form. If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you store credit instead. If you'd like to exchange to a different item altogether, we will first refund you in store credit and you may place a new order for the item.

Beauty products, stationery, intimates, swimwear, accessories(including jewelry, bags), headscarves (including inners), home and living products (including candles, diffusers) are non-returnable. Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

I did not receive a prepaid Pos Laju consignment note. How do I return?

You may obtain a blank consignment form from the Pos Laju counter and fill it up accordingly. Then, email us a photo of the receipt and we'll reimburse the amount accordingly to your store credit.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. The Daylily Group  will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 Days  after the confirmation.
